When can I be seen?
Depending on my availability, I am able to meet with you during the working day, or on some evenings or weekends. Please contact me to discuss this further.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies greatly from person to person depending on the difficulties they are experiencing, the goals agreed and the type of therapy used, and will be agreed following initial assessment. However, to give a typical example, a course of CBT ranges between 6 and 12 sessions.
How often will my therapy be?
This is something that would be agreed at an initial assessment. Sometimes I meet people weekly, whilst at other times we meet fortnightly or less frequently depending on what people are working on in between sessions.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I understand that sometimes people’s plans change, and cancellations made by phone or e-mail more than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be charged for. Cancellations made after this time will be charged at the full rate.
